Project descriptionIn Madrid, Spain, the Mahou Cervezas brewery underwent a major expansion. Unlike conventional warehouse structures, the racking system not only supports the stored goods but also carries the entire building envelope. This makes the floor slab a critical load-bearing foundation. The slab must be rigid and comply with extremely tight rotational limits. Lastly, the warehouse is also fully integrated with advanced automation technologies.
